I just had to replace my charger for my Sense for the 3rd time, the last purchase was 10/4. I attempted a call but my call somehow was disconnected. Has anyone had issue with the prongs on the charger sinking. I have stored the last charger carefully and surprise it stopped charging this week with the same problem. I got a new one today, again. I truly want to stay loyal to Fitbit but this is getting costly.

Hi, it is a common fault with the charge cable, one pin fails.
If your watch is still under warranty request a replacement one. You can reach Fitbit through the app, profile photo, help & support.
Also have a look at a more sturdy one as a reserve.
