I can't download clock faces, what can be wrong? Even the ones I've paid for are failing.

Hi @Junbg - first thing to check is your watch is syncing well and has just synced, if not try a restart of both watch and phone.
In the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo and Gallery tile and see how many watch faces you have installed.
You can't have more than 5 and if you have 5 you will need to remove some [not the active one] to allow room.
The next thing to check is your current watch version What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update?
if it is not the latest there may some faces you can't install [because your watch version is too old]/
You don't say what the error is but this could also be related No internet connection

@Junbg - if your phone isn't syncing properly you won't be able to anything with clock faces in the Fitbit App.
Also you can't delete the active clock face.
However, for clocks already on your watch, swipe the watch face to the left, select clocks App and there you can switch between them even if the watch is not syncing.
