Hi @Prestonia21 - this can be a syncing issue with the new version 4 Fitbit App.
Try logout of the Fitbit App and restart the watch and phone.
And @killerbikermama - try double tapping the watch or push the button and pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons.
If this doesn't help, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

@Prestonia21 - on the watch swipe the face left and tap Clocks ( or gently long press the face) and change clock face and sync again.
Also when you logged out don't forget to swipe off the active face and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it also before restarting the phone and watch.
In the Gallery tile try removing an unused clock face.
