I get the endless blue circle and the clocks never load. I have tried on my computer as well as my cell phone. I thought I would upgrade to the sense, however this is very frustrating to spend this amount of money and the product does not work.

Your phone needs to be near you, the app needs to be open, and the screen needs to be ON in order for the clocks to load.

Hi, @BLP7 in addition to what @DramaQueenDiva says, it might be useful to restart both watch and phone to make sure they are syncing well and in contact.
