What is going on with helping me users? I am coming from a 2 year stint with the Charge 3 and see this whole watch orientation completely baffling.  What on earth is a numbered pad doing on the watch? Where is this explained?

 

Voice for Alexia? It took 15 minutes after I set it up and they couldn't write out long press on the button? What I'm struggling with is why I had it figure out by watching an animation. Anybody heard of writing it out?

 

I also ordered it with premium data and have no clue how to use it or if I need to entering anything to make it happen. 

 

The EKG feature is likewise confusing. 

 

The complete audacity of this device help makes me want to pack it up and return it. Yes,  I know how to use the for app..again coming from all of the ambiguous experiences with the charge 3. I hate having to go thru a simple set up with Fitbit. Does anyone talky care at this company??

You should go back to a timex.  Try watching some YouTube videos. They explain it all.

@kculp simply tap the 3 dots found in the upper right of your post, then tap edit.

Have you looked at the navigation docs? Or the user manual? 

 

Info on ECG

 

As for Alexa, the help docs say to swipe to the app, with no mention of holding on the button. On the previous Versa models, holding in the button worked therefor I never thought about swiping to the app.

Thanks Rich. It was the animation and the instructions that confused me. Every time I did a long hold it just said to choose the app and Alexa was already selected so I didn't know what it wanted. Somehow.. it is now doing listening which is what I wanted. But don't asked me how I got it to work because I don't know.

There's something to be said for that. Anyway I found a youtube channel and it helped. But there was no warm fuzzy feeling in opening the box today.
