Without Bluetooth and network (wifi and mobile data), how can my phone (S9+) connect to my Sense watch? I have experienced it several times. I have repeatedly found that even without these, phone calls are visible on my watch and can be managed. I do not understand. Someone answer to me?

The phone communicates via Bluetooth, without it [Bluetooth turned Off on the phone] there will be no current communications. You may well see previous communications when pulling down from the top on the watch
You can check in the Fitbit App by clicking on the profile photo and see what it says for the last time synced next to the Sense Photo to see if its syncing. Further, click on the Device and check the Sync entry.
Make sure there is no other device linked with your watch.
