Sense stopped tracking SpO2 data

On June 1 2021 the SpO2 tracking stopped and the Clock Face I was using "went away".  The SpO2 app is installed and all permissions are granted.

Welcome, @gstaton. It's nice to have you on board.

Thanks for the steps tried prior to posting. While this is odd, let's try the following steps to make sure there isn't any pending update for the SpO2 Tracker app:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap > Sense > Apps > SpO2 Tracker.
  3. If there an update for this app, please install it and make sure the permissions are still enabled.
  4. Sync with the Fitbit app to save the changes.
  5. Restart your Sense to refresh its performance.
  6. Wear your watch to sleep and sync it once you're awake to check your details. Note that your SpO2 data will now appear in the Health Metrics tile in the Fitbit app, as well the Today app on your watch.

You can also try changing the clock face to the one you prefer with the steps described in this help article.
