I have had my sense for about for about 2 wks. I don’t do a lot of exercise for tracking as I’m disabled. I can walk the pool etc. Love it best thing yet of the Fitbit family. One flaw I dropped it well actually it fell of my wrist getting out of the car. Cracked the screen chatted with support team . It’s not covered by the warranty. All the Fitbit watches I’ve had and have dropped not a scratch. Drop this one once and it cracks. It’s a sports tracking watch thought it would be a bit tougher to break. Then a two foot drop. Has got to be a design fault what if I was into sports and got tackled etc it wouldnt last. Anyone else have this problem with their screens. Seriously think about changing watch brands. Anyone have any suggestions?
