Is there way to see a log or graph of the core temperatures I've entered?

Currently not but I put in a feature request to have it, you can always support that.

You can vote for the feature suggestions, such as recording the core temperature to 2 decimal places provided by most digital thermometers.

 

It currently rounds it to one decimal place on entry, and after the full entry made is not even visible, only the rounded one.

 

The graph over time for skin temperatures is only against an unknown baseline, it doesn't show a trend of any sort, so not much help.

 

Its relatively new [3 months] so presumably graphing and entry will be improved if there is enough support.
