I’m embarking on a strength training programme using various gym machines, and I’m trying to find a way to quickly and easily add these as custom workouts for my Sense. The online guide - and indeed Fitbit support - say this should be an option in device settings on the Fitbit app - but it’s not there! See attached screen shot.
Can anyone advise me on how best to log strength training? I will be using machines like shoulder press, abductor, leg press etc.

Best AnswerYou can't add custom exercises. The only option available is Weights on Sense but this is just a label. I'm not sure what you want to do. Whether you want to log each machine as a separate activity? If so, you can track it as Workout and later rename to whatever you want. If you want to have each machine a part of a single workout, for example like Garmin does that (sets, reps, rest etc.) then there is no such thing on Fitbit.
