My Fitbit Sense stopped working after only 5 months of use, can I return/exchange it?

Hi @Tooootall - your watch has a minimum warranty of a year so can be replaced where you bought it.
However if it was working fine and stopped responding the issue may only be with the charge cable or charging.

In any case you can still chat anytime via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

I tried two different charge cords which I know work because they work with my other fitbit.
