Daily Readiness not working on Sense

I recently noticed that the daily Readiness score button appeared in my Fitbit app. I am a premium user and I own a sense so it should be working at least according to the announcement. I am in Canada so there's that...Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Please no wild guesses or stating the obvious. I am a relatively advanced user and this is the only function that is not working. I am tracking snoring Etc.

I believe no one has a score yet.  On that tile in phone app it says "No score yet. Wear device 3 or more days."

It takes 4 days of data before you will get a score.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @Dgreener   yes, @JohnnyRow is right. I saw mine after the Android update yesterday and had to agree to the terms and am waiting the four days.

I have the tile, but the "i agree" button is greyed out, so I can't get it started.

First you have to at least scroll to the bottom of the terms to at least pretend you might have read what you are agreeing to.

Click on the Daily Readiness Score tile, Accept the Terms by scrolling down. Wear the Sense for 4 consecutive days. You will get data on day 5th. That's what the Fitbit Help says.

Same here. Tapping on the tile doesn't do anything, no terms or any feedback at all.

Since "Readiness" is sure to depend on the sensors reading accurately, I would say GIGO. Wish they would spend more effort improving sensor accuracy instead of bumpf like this.

I got the No readiness score please wear your device, this morning. The only time I don’t wear my sense is showering or when it is charging!

 

I had my first readiness score yesterday and today no score. I was really pleased to get the sense, but as I get used to it I a less enthusiastic.

it does seem rather touchy and the software is a bit clunky!

I'm having the same issue. When I tap on the Daily Readiness tile on the Fitbit app, the screen momentarily goes white -- as if something is opening, but then it immediately disappears. I haven't been able to get to the terms. Also in Canada.

 

I've been in contact with support, but so far they've only suggested the obvious troubleshooting steps:

  • Restart the phone
  • Clear app data + cache
  • Uninstall + reinstall the app
  • etc...

 

So far nothing has worked.

To everyone else, who still having difficulties with the Daily Readiness tile, please make sure to have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed. 

Wear the Sense for at least 14 hour for  4  days consecutively to calibrate your baseline.

I’m still having the problem reported by @hydroptix and @TylerBee . I’m in touch with tech support and they’ve sent me the following instructions, which did not work:

 
Please try the steps below: -Force sync. -Login/Logout of app. -Force quit the Fitbit app. -Uninstall the app from your phone. -Restart your phone. -Restart the Charge 5 -Reinstall the app to your phone. -Factory Reset (You need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost. To erase the data, please follow the instructions at this link: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2216.htm.) If the same issue continues, please send us a video of the issue.

Hi, mine was working fine and has stopped working for days now. Continual display of "Please wear your device" nothing changes. Have become very disappointed and disillusioned with the fitbit experience. Heartbeat variability, ECG, etc none of them work properly or for any length of time. My heart rate is not accurate most of the time. What do I need to do here to get stuff working?

I contacted tech support and they escalated to a “higher level” three weeks ago. Still no contact or an answer. Is anyone else having the problem of the daily readiness tile on the today screen not being clickable? It says “get started” but nothing happens when I click.

I have a charge 5, my hrv has never worked and my daily readiness has never worked. I tried contacting support but they said that the development team was aware. No fix available.
