I recently noticed that the daily Readiness score button appeared in my Fitbit app. I am a premium user and I own a sense so it should be working at least according to the announcement. I am in Canada so there's that...Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Please no wild guesses or stating the obvious. I am a relatively advanced user and this is the only function that is not working. I am tracking snoring Etc.

Why is this included and advertised if it doesn't work or work consistently? I'm at 1 week and wearing continously, linked, but no Readiness Score. Maybe they need better Quality Assurance work before releasing?

My Fitbit is telling me I don't have a score but then if I look at the week, I get scores for previous days. It makes it a bit less useful than I think it's intended to be.

If you're on Android, try force stopping the app and clearing the app cache. If those don't work, I would clear the app data and start fresh. All your data will be restored when you log in.

My versa 2 is 2 years old and this is the response I received;
Hi,
We appreciate your time and efforts in troubleshooting the heart rate issue on your Versa 2with us thus far. Based on the recommendations being unsuccessful for you, the next step for us would be to look into your Fitbit's warranty.
After reviewing your account, we see that your tracker falls outside Fitbit's limited warranty, as we base our warranty on the tracker's purchase date and therefore isn’t eligible for replacement. (1year)
We want to keep you in the Fitbit family and work towards your goals. Please accept a discount toward the purchase of a new device.
You'll receive a separate email message with more details about how to take advantage of your discount. Note that this discount offer can’t be combined with any other offers.
We’ll be giving you extra 30 days for the link, so you'll have ample time to decide and explore which tracker you'd like to purchase.
Thanks for being a Fitbit customer.
Sincerely,
The Fitbit Team
I have a 200 dollar fossil watch that has a 10 year warranty on it and Fitbit response is 35% off a new watch, that’s a joke. Why would I give you another 200 dollars to be in this exact same situation?

That's not a Fossil smartwatch you're talking about right? Most tech products only have a 1-year warranty unless you purchase extra.
