any thoughts on the daily readiness?
I find it odd that on a day that I didn’t do a constructive planned workout my readiness score the following day is very low ie 15?? But on a day that I worked out for an hour or longer my readiness score the next day is 75 or higher?
I would think it should be the opposite.
