Hi all

Does anyone know what the issue is around climbing floors, I am climbing roughly between 40 and 52 floors a day however my FB Sense is not recording the completion. I tried to do manually however there is no entry for floors.

Help appreciated

Regards

Hi @DaPep - firstly try doing a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu at the bottom. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it.

You can also try using the SimpleFloors app.

The App shows how your watch pressure sensor used to measure floors is affected by environmental issues such as, going room to room, upstairs/downstairs, inside to outside, changes in temperature, etc.

If the App is not registering pressure changes the sensor hole could be blocked or there is a watch fault or a fault in the firmware or it was simply necessary to restart the watch.

This App is only meant for checking purposes as it uses the battery a lot, but at least it will give you an idea if your watch is fine or if it is some other issue.
