Run sense until it died.  It will not recharge.  Either cable or Sense.  Cable electricly checks ok.  How does one get a repair?

Sense chargers are often known to fail with one of the 4 pins getting depressed so losing contact.  If out of warranty (or perhaps even if not), best option often is to buy reasonably priced third-party charger from Amazon, or maybe 2.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
