My home Wi-Fi went down for a week and now it’s back up and running I cannot get the Deezer app on my sense to sync. It says I need to refresh by connecting to my saved Wi-Fi which I have done but the message will not go. I have tried restarting the Wi-Fi, the sense, reinstalling the sense and reinstalling the Deezer app on the Fitbit

Have you tried to:
Move your watch closer to your router, go to the Fitbit app and try again to add a Wi-Fi network. Sync your Fitbit Sense.
If you still can't connect your watch to Wi-Fi, continue with this recommendation: Remove your watch from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone (known as "unpairing").
Give it a shot to this recommendations.
