Deezer not syncing with Wi-Fi and Sense

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My home Wi-Fi went down for a week and now it’s back up and running I cannot get the Deezer app on my sense to sync. It says I need to refresh by connecting to my saved Wi-Fi which I have done but the message will not go. I have tried restarting the Wi-Fi, the sense, reinstalling the sense and reinstalling the Deezer app on the Fitbit

Let me give you a warm Welcome to our Community @Klmk8. Thanks for the troubleshooting steps you tried.

Have you tried to:

  1. Reboot your phone.
  2. Check and install phone updates.
  3. Clear the cache and data for the Fitbit app.
  4. Update if necessary the Fitbit app.
  5. Force stop the app.
  6. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
  7. Reset factory settings.

Move your watch closer to your router, go to the Fitbit app and try again to add a Wi-Fi network. Sync your Fitbit Sense.

If you still can't connect your watch to Wi-Fi, continue with this recommendation: Remove your watch from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone (known as "unpairing").

  1. On your phone, go to SettingsBluetooth > your device name >

find an option to forget the device.

Give it a shot to this recommendations.

Have a nice weekend !
