Delay in Sense return getting to warehouse

I sent my Sense back to fitbit via USPS late Novemeber and they transferred it to Fedex.  It has not reached the warehouse YET!   It is sent to mulitple cities in California .   

Is there anything fitbit can do for me while I continue to wait. Im worried that once it gets to the warehouse it will contiinue to take months to get back to me.   thanks
