After having my Fitbit Sense now for almost 5 months!
All I can say is that I’m extremely disappointed and dismayed with the software and its total unreliable and inconsistent performance!
To have to attempt to re-sync me Fitbit to my IPhone repeatedly numerous times every day when they are never more than 3 feet apart even when sleeping!
My sleep score is seldom available and yes I’ve followed all of support suggestions including live chat!
Re-booted my device and also restored it to original factory settings all to more frustration and disappointment!

Same issue here. I'm so fed up with the fitbit sense. Nothing works.
Everything is so inaccurate or temperamental. For ages my skin temperature feature didn't register, with so many others. That got fixed and then my sleep score doesnt report, and ecause of this I don't get a readiness reading either.
And BTW, my skin temperature didn't read a result again last night. 🤬
Absolutely ridiculous, and a waste of money

Thank you, I hope so. It is very frustrating to purchase a device and pay for Premium services to not receive the services for which you bought the device…sleep/readiness.
