Difficulties with the readiness score-Sense

My Recent Sleep always shows High even though I typically get less than 6 hours. Chat person had me reboot the Sense but that didn’t change anything. How can a “poor” sleep rating yield a high readiness score?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

 

If after following the instructions provided by Customer Support you continue having difficulties with your readiness score, please let them know in order to get further assistance. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide a high level of support.

After rebooting there is no change. I get four hours sleep and the readiness score still says I have gotten plenty of sleep. Most frustrating and disappointing.

Nothing has changed since rebooting! I get 4 hours sleep and the readiness
score still says I have been getting enough sleep! Not satisfied at all!
