Sense display is blacked  out and won't let me change it to always on

Hi @darlajfarrell , how is your battery status? if your battery gets critically low "always on" is disabled. If battery isn't the problem, I would try to restart the device.

Tried to restart? On your device, chose settings , swipe down to "Shut Down".
