Does all these issues and problems here not tell Fitbit that they've got some SERIOUS issues with their new flagship smart watch?

@WehuttyWanker - Please keep in mind that most of the posters come to the forums to ask for help or to help others. The majority of Fitbit users are out there walking, running and more. Very few folk come here to praise a product. Amazon reviews of the Sense average 4 1/2 out of 5 stars. Personally, I’ve been using Fitbit products ever since their second device came out years ago and have been very happy with them.

I'm glad you've had this kind of luck. This is my second one and I see one problem after another!

I come here to get tips and tricks for using my device. But mostly end up reading all the complaints. I've had the Sense since 2 days after launch and I LOVE the device. Like Carol-B said, most people are coming here for help with the device. No one comes here to give a good review.

Accept me. 😄

I love the device. The heart rate monitor was not accurate for the first workout, but got progressively better the more I worked out. Apparently the heart rate monitor has machine learning, which is why accuracy improved. I check my pulse manually during workouts to verify the Sense readings, and it is usually withing 3-5 pts of my manual reading. However I do notice that the sense takes a few seconds to catch up when my heart rate gets higher. But my Versa 2 did the same thing, but it's readings were about 20 pts higher.

I use Welltory to track HRV and my Sense and the Welltory app are very close in numbers daily. The spo2 monitor is dead on, I wear a finger spo2 device and the numbers match within 1 to 2 points.

Battery life is great. I get about 4 days, which is what I got with my versa 2, so I'm good with that. The only thing I question about the sense id the accuracy of the EDA sensor. I very rarely get any EDA activity when I do a reading and I know I'm not that relaxed LOL

Anyway, I'm very happy with my Sense. 😄

@WehuttyWanker  You're right actually. There are scientific reviews in youtube which compare the FitBit with other like-so devices. Fitbit did not do so well.

Apple and Huawei Watch fit were the best, apple being the best tracker. Imagine that Apple Watch is not even a fitness tracker like FitBit is.

What you noticed it real and valid observation that FitBit is not a complete product and has problems with its health metrics.

@Carol-BVery few people come here (to this forum) to praise a product, but all of them go to Amazon to praise it there. Come on Carol....... it's 2020. All these perfectly written reviews with rich literature and perfect syntax with massive details, don't come from real users.

A bunch of company employees pushing deliberately 5 star positive reviews.

I wish they're really working on an update though to fix all this unfinished mess. It seems so far, as though they ordered a sensor chip, installed it but never calibrated it.

The fact that hundreds of people ask for a feature but since years it never gets implemented...... that alone is disappointing.

@DaughterofMaat The same here, I also come for the tips and tricks. My sense is working great and nothing to complain about here, been comparing it with my Polar RS800CX plus chest strap and found the Sense HR to be very close to the correct HR. Been using it for walking, running and cross fit and found it improved from my previous InspireHR fitbit watch.

On every form you always find a handful of grumpy old men expecting to get an ferrary at the cost of a budget car. Even with all the buyers remorse messages, I have been able to find a few useable tips and tricks in between the noise.

I go to Amazon for more trustworthy reviews and rarely use the product forums.
