Does anyone not have issues?

Noticed there seems to be a lot of problems with the sense. As a new owner, I cannot say I am not concerned that I made a poor decision going from Samsung to Fitbit. All I see in this forum is:

- syncing issues

- battery issues

- charging issues

- step count tracking issues

- stair climbing issues

- heart rate being inaccurate

- screen falling off

Does anyone have a Sense that's working as advertised? Should I return mine for a refund before the 30 day window? I realize people tend to come to forums only to raise issues but this forum seems to be the worst I have ever seen in terms of problems with a product.

So far, only issue I have is stair climb being way off. Like 40 a day when I do maybe 10.

I have been having issues mainly with heart rate being inaccurate. When my Fitbit is off my wrist it records my heart at 150 and above causing it to record active minutes and at the same time has been recording sleep. I have been in touch with Fitbit support and they said that they have acknowledged this but won’t be doing anything fix it in the immediate future.

Yeah, I just started having battery issues. Out of nowhere. Was working fine. Holding a charge for 4-5 days, then suddenly, less than 24 hours. It’ll be charged to 100 then dead when I wake up.

I have had the Sense since Xmas. Hardly any issues, but I have to turn everything off to get the advertised battery life of 6 days. That is very annoying. 3 weeks ago, even with everything off, battery life went downhill. After a reset and turning bluetooth off afterwards, back at about 4 days of life.

Did you loose data when you did the factory reset?

Did you turn Bluetooth back on afterwards?

Yes, the April update on android is broken.  No response from fitbit, which is not surprising.  They do this often and eventuality it gets fixed. Just need to reboot your Sense every time you want to force sync.

I've had my sense since November 2020. Only 2 issues:

Sometimes the watch would reboot itself, no idea what's going.

When charging, i get the slow charge message stating I need to find another outlet, I do as instructed and once the message disappears, the watch charges as usual.

Other than that, I've been satisfied with the watch and the app.

I wish Coach was not being discontinued, I like how the exercises in Coach are structured and have a preview as opposed to the exercises found in the app.
