I use the sense and I have never felt the vibration on my wrist. Have tried log off and setting it again too. Please suggest what needs to be done

Check your vibration strength.
swipe left on your watch face twice. Tap on settings.
Swipe up to vibration and audio. Tap and select strong vibration. See if that helps.

Hi there, @MorningSun2020 - You can check to see if Reminders to Move are st to ON but doing the following:
This should get your wrist vibrating 10 minutes before the hour if you have not yet reached 250 steps. Please let us know if this helps.

The problem is the poor Sense vibration - while the Fitbit App offers reminders to move [for configurable hours] you may never feel the vibration.
Although the vibration is weak if you use a clock face with multiple reminders to move, such as SimpleClockPro, you are more likely to feel at least one of them, plus it displays how many steps done so far in the hour permanently.
