Does the sense receive text notifications from Oneplus 7 pro?

Hi, i currently have a charge 3 and use a Oneplus 7 pro. While I am able to connect my phone to my watch and track workouts, I cannot receive text messages or app notifications on the watch. I am considering upgrading to the Sense so I want know if I will be receive text notifications on the watch using the Oneplus 7 pro before I purchase. The phone uses Android 10 if that helps..

Hi @rac0716 it is the Fitbit app on the phone that sends the notifications to the tracker. I would first see if we can get notifications working on the Charge 3.

I have a Sense. Apple hasn't received notifications for texts in about a year now, on any of FItbit's products. Calls work, just not for text. Think it is something they are "working on". Hopefully they resolve the text issue for both Android and Apple soon.

I have done all the troubleshooting steps multiple times and it never works.
