Downloaded clocks disappear when I charge my Sense

I lose my favorite downloaded clocks when I charge my Sense.

Hi @Jwjames2  - it could be the touch and hold feature being activated when you put it on charge.

Try Shutdown from the watch Settings menu before putting it on charge.

This may resolve the problem entirely because the issue may be cleared by restarting the watch which it will do automatically and by not invoking a clock change accidentally.

It would be good to know what the clock changes to and if you have to reinstall it each time  in which case it may not be properly synced or setup.

I shutdown before charge and yes the clocks did not change. I tried again with the normal charge and the clocks did disappear. Not all, but the most recent downloads. The clock it changed too was the default clock face. I do get a low charge power error message occasionally. This even using different USB sources. Could it be the charging cable.
