When will the ECG app be available in Philippines? ECG app was the main reason why we purchased the Sense recently. Thank you.

Hi @SensePH - availability will depend on when the Philippine government gives its approval. Fitbit cannot offer a timeline on that. You can keep checking this page to see if your country gets added to the list.

I just bought the smart watch last night. I am planning to cancel buying it for this reason =(. Hope there is a positive update for this? What is fit bit Philippines doing about it?

You are asking the wrong question, @emmansnana . The correct question is — when will the Philippine regulatory agencies approve this service?  We do not have an answer here in the Fitbit community forums.

Why feature and sell a product given that there is a regulatory concern?

Is there an application process files to allow it? Managing the consumers expectation is a must.

But FitbitPH should constantly followup the govt. They cant just sit back and wait for the govt to approve it because our agencies arent as effrcient as they should be . Apple just got theirs in early January.
