I received my Sense on March 23. ECG app was there and working. As of yesterday the app is gone and in the fitbit app it says not available in my region. I am in the US. I confirmed this had not changed. This app is the whole reason I made this purchase. How can I get it back?

That's good to know for when we start traveling again. I am in the US and haven't left. I had some fluttering this morning and needed to use the app and it was gone. Expensive watch to have stuff disappearing randomly.

I already bought a black Fitbit Sense for the third time because the other two were with the same defect. The third, though not ideal, is the metal that is not cut by the finger on the right side of the screen. When I measured the ECG sober, it showed that everything was normal, but when I drank alcohol during my birthday, it didn’t show anything. I only use Fitbit Sense as a watch accessory because I still don't trust Fitbit readings either. As mentioned by the Fitbit Twitter support team-> "This is not a medical device." My advice to you. Go back to where you bought Fitbit Sense and you will save nerves and life will be easier. Good luck.
