When I open the ECG ap on my sense, it says “complete Heart Rhythm Assessment introduction on iPhone”. However when I go to my iPhone ap and follow the instructions to get to the assessment, once I click “start” all I see are a few “learn more” links and then it tells me to “get started on my device”. It is a never ending loop where my sense redirects me to my phone and my phone redirects me to the sense. I have not been able to start the ECG monitoring and I’m losing my mind trying to figure it out. I even sat on chat with someone for half an hour and they gave up too. Helppppp

The ECG app is completely independent of the phone. You just open it on the Sense and follow the instructions to start and keep your hand steady. That may just be a message to instruct you. See if you can dismiss it on the tracker.

When I open the ap on my device it says “set up on phone” and “open your Fitbit and go to the discover tab. Find assessment and reports”. The only clickable button says “got it” and when clicked, the ap closes. I followed directions in the iPhone ap and I am still unable to start an assessment. I get the same message on the tracker each time.

I have the same problem as you have. Your problem message is dated 12-28-2020. Is it resolved in the meantime and if so how did you do it.
