ECG is not working. I had to remove sense and readd to the app on my iPhone. The ecg app on the watch keeps telling me to start with the app on my iPhone. When I go into the assessments and reports to open the ecg, the only thing it says is no readings have been taken. It’s a circle and can’t get it to work. I’ve removed and readers the app from the watch with no luck.
The reason I had to remove the Fitbit and re-add is that the watch constantly does not sync and I have to remove the connection to Bluetooth and re-add (at least twice a week). Once it continued to not work.

Some have reported, as I experienced, that the first time ECG was run, the ECG app in the fitbit app needed to be open.

I am also having this problem and the solution offered by @Rich_Laue has not worked for me. I am on Android. Did you ever find a solution for this?

Last night I spent a decent chunk of time with customer support and the resolution to this issue seemed to be a full factory reset. I successfully got the app working after the reset.

I had to open the fitbit app to the ECG
Then while the ECG was opened in the phone, I was able to run the ECG in the watch.
