ECG app not available on Sense

I am a new FitBit sense user and I checked everywhere I am unable to find ecg application on my devise. seeking your help.

I did the research and it says it not available at present in my country due to approvals.

I am in canada and have a new Fitbit sense but the ECG app is nowhere to be found, i also checked and there is no heart rhythm assessment either. 

Can someone help me.

I just purchased my Fitbit since about a month ago and I was able to use the ECG app with the clock faces that go with it but suddenly today my clock automatically switched back to the default clock and it's says no longer available in my country.
