ECG not working on Sense

Trying to use the ecg on my sense fitbit. When I tap into  the icon on my watch it tells me to download the app through my phone but its already downloaded. I've uninstall/installed the app again but still not working and I  cannot get any further. Can anyone help me?

I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to use the ECG on your Fitbit Sense. Your time while dealing with this situation is highly appreciated.

 

To try to resolve the issue, please follow the next steps:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1652823535473.png profile picture > device image.
  2. Tap Apps > All Apps.
  3. Tap the magnifying glass icon EdsonFitbit_1-1652823535494.jpeg and search for the ECG app (search ECG).
  4. Tap the app > Select, if the option to install is available, please do so.
  5. If you see an Update button next to the app, please tap to update the app.

 

In addition, you can restart your Watch by following these steps.

 

Then, please try to take your first reading by following the instructions in this article in the menu "How do I use the Fitbit ECG app?".

I tried to follow the instructions below but when I tap the Today Tab on the phone app i get no option to tap Apps?

I have the same problem as @kazbell on my Sense.  However when I try to follow your instructions and tap the Today tab on my Fitbit Phone App I don not see or get an Apps area that I can tap on so I am not able to proceed to Step number 2 indicted above.  I bought the Sense for the ECG app and cannot get it to work.  When I tap the app on my watch I get a message to "Set Up On Phone".  I get a message on my phone to "Tap to Open and start ECG".  Which I have done multiple times with no success.  I have uninstalled and installed the ECG app a couple times, I have restarted my Sense a couple of time and nothing works.

After tapping the Today tab on your Fitbit Phone App you have to tap profile picture > device image. There you'll find the Apps section.
