In June of 2021, my wife's Sense stopped working out of blue. The watch was replaced after 10 months is use. Last week, May 27th, (and less than one year of the first replacement) her watch got totally black. It doesn't not charge and the watch cannot be restarted at all even after following all the Fitbit instructions on its website. In a nutshell:
1) this is a $200 watch that does not work for a full year and I was informed by Fitbit customer support that she is no longer covered by the warranty.
2) This is a disposable $200 watch that the battery can't even be replaced.
Are my assumptions correct?

Hi @Clauharmonia - this can be quite a common issue, and often only means the watch needs cleaning properly or the charge cable has a fault.

In fact, the charge cable was working fine. The watch started acting weird while I was using it. It was vibrating and black. After that, the watch was no longer charging at all. I tried to reset it, and nothing happened.

I got mine for Christmas and it died today. I can’t figure out how to get in touch with freaking customer service. Any suggestions?? The website/app is SO not user friendly!!

Hi @SWorkman - when you say died could it be simply in need of charging? This is quite a common problem.
If so see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen and follow the steps for cleaning etc.

Mine just died on me two days ago. I have 3 cables. I’ve tried everything, cleaning it, and from time to time it just shows a 0% red on the screen, which means to me that there is something wrong with the connectors that is beyond cleaning. I am desperate
