Hello @MissHolNL. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for the detailed information. At this time, I'd recommend performing a restart to your Sense. For this, please follow the steps provided in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Also, note that if the Fitbit ECG app couldn’t get a good reading, try the following troubleshooting tips:
Retake the assessment to try again. If you get an inconclusive result repeatedly, or you’re not feeling well, talk to your healthcare provider. For more information, please check: What is the Fitbit ECG app?
Hope this helps.

I have jumped through the hoops trying to get ecg ap to work. There's no option to take the assessment. Just to view results.

Hello @SunsetRunner. It's nice to see you around.
Thank you for the information. Can you provide more details? Are you seeing or receiving any error message? Take into consideration that before taking your first reading, you should review the Heart Rhythm Assessment introduction:
If this is not the case, your details will help to further assist. On a side note, if the Fitbit ECG app couldn’t get a good reading either because your heart rate was too low, too high, or there wasn’t a good enough signal. Tap Retake to try again, or tap Done to exit the assessment. For more information on why you might receive this result, see Why did I receive an inconclusive result?
In the meantime, please try to perform a restart to your Sense. For this, please follow the instructions below:

I look forward to your response.
