Hi all, I am trying to 1get report in PDF but it keeps telling Me I'll get a push notification when ready. However I never got it. Anyone can give Me a suggestion?

Hi @BAwagon - Please try opening the Fitbit app on your phone. Tap Account > Discover, then scroll down to Assessments & Reports. Tap that, then select Heart Rhythm Reports. You should be able to find your ECG report there. One of your options is Export a PDF.

Hi @SunsetRunner .  I appreciate your help on behalf of the community, but I think you missed the point.   @BAwagon (and I) know how to get the the report and initiate the PDF.  It's just the fact that it never shows up.  

 

Any Additional guidance?

Thanks for pointing that out, @ptlehmann - you’re right. I’ve experienced the “no-show” problem a time or two in the past. The only thing that helped me was doing the ECG on my Sense ... opening the Fitbit app ... syncing the two ... then looking for the report. I must confess that sometimes it simply did not show up and I had to do the ECG again. But most of the time, this helped.

Thanks again.  1 hour and 26 minutes trying to troubleshoot this with customer support yielded an escalation.  Unfortunately, without ECG, this is a deal breaker for me.  I'll give them 2 more days, but if not - Fitbit will get a return.

Again - I appreciate your support and brand advocacy.  I want to "be there", but...
