@suundip - Where do you live? Your profile says Nepal. If this is the case, I’m sorry to tell you that the Nepal government has not approved the RCG for use there yet. If you do live in a country with ECG approval (see the list here), let us know and we can help troubleshoot.

I am in United States and mine is not working.   It was working but I had to do a reinstall. Now it's not working.

Thanks for the info, @Dontom11 . Exactly what do you mean when you say it’s not working. Are the results “inconclusive?”  You can read more about the cause of inconclusive readings here.
