EDA Scan not Recording Mindfulness Session

Hello,

I am using an S20+. My fitbit app is up to date.

For the past week (I think more), I have been doing EDA Scans each night. I am able to go through the whole scan - hand over Sense, log session, input how I feel. The scan shows me that I've done 1/7 mindfulness sessions for the week. And the next time I do it, it shows the same thing, that I've only done 1/7. However, each time I check my phone, it says that I have NOT done any mindfulness sessions at all.
What should I do?

Try deleting the Sense in the app (sync before you do so) then add it again. You won't lose data on your Sense. That's fixed it for me when that happens.

I tried this twice just now - still now luck. ☹️
Thanks though

It might randomly pull it eventually. I didn't have the last Saturday through Tuesday showing up and then they're there now. But I'm pretty sure deleting and adding my Sense got it transfer.

I just checked and it finally logged all those sessions that were missing! Thanks for the help!

Glad you were able to get them logged. 👍🏼

For what it's worth, I find charging my Sense gets it to transfer the sessions over to the app for whatever reason. Fitness Readiness Scores and oxygenation data, too.
