Ecg problems

Hi all,

I have a problem with the ecg function of my sense. The signal is always very weak and most of the time it says inconclusive results. If my husband uses the ecg function there is a very good signal, so the sense is working correctly. Can someone help me with this problem please.

Have you tried wearing the Sense a little tighter, or perhaps positioning it a bit higher/further up your arm?

Yes, I tried wearing it tighter, higher and on my other wrist. The ecg graph is always the same.

Hi all, we solved the problem by using the sense on my leg 🤣. Might be my arms are to skinny.
