Since I've updated the Sense to fhs latest software there's nothing but consistent errors... The sleep tracker score no longer works, apps can't find the mobile phone. I've rebooted the sense, reset the thing to manufacture settings, re installed and still the same errorz only had the watch 4 weeks and it's making me more stressed out than I was before I purchased it. Anyone been able to fix this issue. I'm using a Samsung s10 android phone..

Best AnswerHave you tried clearing the cache on the phone and then logging out and back into your Fitbit account? Mine does this everyday and once I do both of those things the first time I try to sync my Sense, it resolves itself.

Best AnswerHi my Bluetooth wasn't picking up my sense but after a long online chat we finally got the issue resolved 😀
