Errors after updating

Since I've updated the Sense to fhs latest software there's nothing but consistent errors... The sleep tracker score no longer works, apps can't find the mobile phone. I've rebooted the sense, reset the thing to manufacture settings, re installed and still the same errorz only had the watch 4 weeks and it's making me more stressed out than I was before I purchased it. Anyone been able to fix this issue. I'm using a Samsung s10 android phone..

Yes eventually got it sorted with online chat had to uninstall app and reinstall it

Mine won't connect to mt s10+ now its such a pain as none of my exercise logged with strava when it used to.

Have you tried clearing the cache on the phone and then logging out and back into your Fitbit account?  Mine does this everyday and once I do both of those things the first time I try to sync my Sense, it resolves itself.

What happens through the Fitbit app?

Hi my Bluetooth wasn't picking up my sense but after a long online chat we finally got the issue resolved 😀

Your app is what picks up your sense, not your Bluetooth @Bikerangel

Yes but my Bluetooth is needed tor my notifications that I wasn't getting but its sorted now thanks
