I just got my new sense tonight and I would like to rearrange the activities in the excerise app to the order I would use

As you use each one, it goes to the top of the list, so it automatically arranges them for you by your usage.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
