The exercise app on my Sense is not working
i have shut down and restarted my watch.
I have turned Bluetooth on and off.
I have disconnected and reconnected the Sense watch.
I have tried to go to customer support and the message says ‘try another trail’?

That is what mine is doing also. Reset multiple times. Removed and reconnected fit bit to app. Turned on and off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Is there an update that is needed. Wanting to get on thread for resolution.

Best AnsweriPhone 7. I did all the suggested “fixes” including the factory reset and the excercise app still doesn’t work. Extremely frustrating as I use the watch for Marathon training. Need it fixed asap. I’m still under extended warranty. Should I be using it?

Your exercise app isn't working? Just want to be sure we're on the same page. If so, have you tried a doing a factory reset on your watch?
