Exercise app on Sense not working

Sense watch - when I swipe and hit exercise icon, does not proceed to next screen which used to show Running, Swimming etc... just goes back to screen (it does respond briefly, so I "know" the screen is recognizing I touched it).  I've restarted and did a factory reset.  I'm seeing numerous requests for this same issue on the boards - which are all closed for comments now - and moderators are saying it has been escalated or thanks for making fitbit aware etc... so is there no solution?

Hi @ggibsondal - unless the watch is damaged normally a factory reset fixes the problem. If you used it for swimming it could have some damage. Generally this is not the only indication of damage, swiping problems or battery life problems etc. are also indications.
