Irregular Rhythm Notificiation stopping working

Hello fitbit community,

I was getting multiple and regular irregular rhythm notificiations although come mid-December they stopped all of a sudden, yet Ive not changed and I can still feel them happening (while they are less).

Ive reset my watch, reset my app, rest my phone but no change.

I did previously have a similar issue before although didnt realise until after I recieved a replacement sense (1) due to the charging issue.

Any advice would be appriciated.
