took picture so u can see the app iam taking about. The little running yellow person. Was working fine, now nolonger working. Tried all the "turn on off", "delete fitbit app"etc anyone else having issues?

Hi, @TropicoHealing @can you explain in what way it is not working? It should open by a firm tap on the Sense screen. Does the app not open or is there a different problem? If you can post again with more information I am sure that someone will be able to help.
One quick fix for many issues is to give your Fitbit a restart. To restart your Sense swipe left until you come to the settings app. Tap to open the app and then swipe up until you come to shutdown. Tap and confirm. To turn it back on again press and hold the (haptic) “button” on the left side.

I tap the icon and the app splash screen appears for a second or two and then returns to the start screen. Rinse and repeat. Rebooting the watch dod not help. Uninstall isn't an available option.

Hi, @DVeWh and @TropicoHealing @thanks for clarifying. I think you are correct that you cannot uninstall and reinstall some of the built in apps. So if restarting doesn’t help I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com . They will be able to help you. It is possible that they will advise a factory reset, but it is really best to do this with the guidance of Customer Support, in case of issues.

While Support was helping me restart my Sense for this problem the button jammed. its really stuck too! Have to return this one and fitbit is sending me a new one.
I must say Fitbit customer service is the best. I just hope I get my replacement one fast!! I already feel lost without it 😞
