Exercise goal won’t change off 5 days

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi, I just purchased a brand new Fitbit sense and am trying to change the number of days for my exercise goal from 5 days a week to 3. However, whenever I go into settings and select 3 days, when I tap back, the 3 days will show up for a fraction of a second before changing back to 5. I already tried signing out and signing back in again

You have to click on save [top right] not back, in order to change it.

What phone @Raynbowz and I'll be glad to move the post to the proper app board.

I have this problem too - I'm using Android app (most recent version) with a Charge 5. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app, restarting device (phone & Charge 5), logging in/out, force-quit. Nothing seems to work. The exercise goal keeps reverting to 5 days, no matter what other option I choose. I tried changing to 4, 3, 7 days, even 1 day - nothing sticks. Keeps going back to 5 days.

@Ally_kat34 Are you tapping save?

Afterwards, refresh on the Today screen and it'll update. I just went back and forth from 5 days back to 3 days just fine right now.

Hi, thanks for replying, there is no save option on my app/device. After an hour of trying various things I left the app for a while and when I came back it has now saved my change. I have no idea why it didn't work for over an hour and I don't know what it caused it to finally work!

@Ally_kat34 Even without the save button, I bet it just needed to sync. Glad it's working for you now.
