Today after exercising I viewed from the first page of the app section “exercise” It showed low heart rate activity. This felt wrong compared to my exertion level so I went to back screen and found different ( and the accurate) data. Can someone get back to me with a way to correct? I think I will delete app and reset up to see if that works.

Welcome, @kdavella. It's good to see a new face around.
Thanks for the steps tried prior to posting, and for the screenshots provided. You're right as the heart rate zones don't match between the initial and detailed screen. To look into this, may I know the model of your phone? If you haven't done so, please give a try to the following steps:
Hope this helps.
