Exercise on Sense will not open

Exercise on my Sense will not open.  I can click icon, it looks like it is opening, but ends right back at the place to click the icon.  So, not opening.   I have disconnected it from Bluetooth, turned off Bluetooth, and turned my Sense off & on, and still having the issue.

Have you tried setting up as a new device on your Fitbit account?

Absolutely not.  I did it years ago and didn't lose a single day or metric.
