I just bought this today. NO zoom feature for screen, I cannot delete alarms as well. I have no idea if this is even updated correctly, even though I went thru the whole setup.

Also firmware is not current version ,about to return this.

Hi @Pizzasnob.  All Fitbits come with the firmware from when they were manufactured.  It usually takes 24-48 hours to get available updates.  The Zoom feature came with a firmware update.  Please see this Help article for instructions to remove an alarm.

As @LZeeW mentioned, it takes a couple of days to get the available updates of your device and have all its available features.
